That depends entirely on the yarn & crochet hook you use. If I recall correctly fluttershy is just over 5 inches and derpy a bit smaller, and they're both made with medium weight worsted yarn (a 4 on the yarn scale) and a 3-4mm hook. You could make totally tiny ones with fingerling yarn or much bigger ones with bulky weight yarn!
